Consisting of 3 one-one-one sessions per week, we focus on movement mechanics, strength fundamentals, mobility, and conditioning. Ideal for first-time clients or anyone restarting their fitness journey or are looking to rebuild properly from the ground up.

At the 3DF Build level, you'll receive three training sessions per week which means three months of structured progression! This level will increase intensity and introduce progressive strength training, speed development, and performance conditioning. The 3DF Build sharpens form while building measurable power and endurance.

This long-term commitment delivers advanced periodized programming, strength and power optimization, speed acceleration work, conditioning cycles, and continuous performance tracking. The 3DF Max gives you direct access to me through the Trainerize app for real-time tracking, accountability, nutrition, and measurable progress toward your fitness goals.
